Nice to meet you, I’m Nicole

I approach therapy with the belief that we are ever-changing and that life is an unpredictable process of growth and change. I am someone who understands the depths of joy and pain that accompany being a person who feels and experiences life deeply. Sometimes the idea of change can lead to fear, avoidance, and resistance. I pride myself in welcoming these experiences with curiosity and assisting you to navigate through them in a way that feels safe.

I love working with couples and individuals to (re)discover connection with themselves and the important people in their lives. This process often involves better understanding the patterns of disconnection we find ourselves in and practicing new patterns that nurture fulfillment.

I am not the expert of your life and will never pretend to be. You have the strengths needed to live the life you want and I would be honored to help you live that life.
