I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and am currently working toward my Master of Social Work degree at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. I am passionate about understanding and honoring each person’s unique story, challenges, and strengths while supporting individuals in their mental health and emotional well-being journey.

Through my previous work as a Care Coordinator, I have gained experience working with adults aged 18-64 and the aging population (65+), helping them manage healthcare, mental health services, and daily living needs. In addition, I have spent several years working in childcare, where I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills while working closely with children and families.

My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I look forward to the opportunity to support clients in their growth while gaining invaluable experience that will contribute to shaping my future in the social work field.
