Nice to meet you, I’m Jen

We all have strengths and weaknesses often on the same continuum and I believe all deserve to find our worth no matter where we place ourselves. I bring a gift in seeing the best in people without naïveté. I am powerful because I have been dealing with complexities throughout my life. I have lived with chronic medical conditions including Type 1 diabetes, Systemic Lupus and Hypothyroidism since a young age. I am familiar with the difficulties surrounding shame, grief, and burnout in living with these conditions and I am willing to hold space no matter where you may find yourself in your journey.

I bring this perspective and authenticity into my work to help people understand self and determine where to go from there. I am grounded in empathy, integrity, passion and authenticity. I love to roll up my sleeves and join in the battle in finding your voice and influence in this journey.
