Nice to meet you, I’m Jacqueline

I seek to help people find hope and light in dark times.

I love working with youth, young adults, and adults to help mend concerns and disconnects within important relationships because relationships are the foundation of life.

In addition to relationships, I love working one-on-one to help clients find new ways to heal and cope with life situations: mental illness, life changes, grief, loss, transitions, and any other obstacle that is ever-present in life today. Each person has their own story, and I am humbled to help clients navigate theirs.  My mission is to help clients to navigate the stressors of their daily life better and develop a life in which they are proud.

I offer client-centered care, helping to guide clients to develop skills to manage distress within their current functioning. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and use this as a skill to help clients manage the distress of daily life and process through trauma. I have the added skill of utilizing faith as a tool to help manage and navigate life situations.  I also utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help understand and organize human behavior and how to make changes in daily life.

For my own balance, I love spending time with family, my husband, playing piano, gardening, and going for runs.
